Mypeachy.ai prohibits users from uploading, posting, or distributing personal photographs, video, or audio material through the platform. All confirmed human models on the platform provide their likeness and formal consent exclusively on the basis of written agreements and age-verification measures maintained by the Company.

In line with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, MYPEACHY AI LTD maintains suitable documentation covering identity, consent, onboarding, and compliance for every verified model involved in the platform.

AI-Generated Content

All visual material showing actual sexually explicit conduct on this website is generated entirely by artificial intelligence and does not feature any real human performers. Accordingly, such content is not subject to the record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Human Imagery (Non-Explicit)

In cases where any actual human imagery is used (for instance, in promotional or non-explicit contexts), Mypeachy.ai does not generate sexually explicit content involving those people and is neither a primary nor secondary producer of sexually explicit media. Therefore, no identification records for performers are required for such non-explicit visuals.

That said, the app itself does not use any human models or live individuals — all content is fully created by artists and AI. Any reference to verified human models providing consent applies exclusively to limited, non-explicit promotional materials handled by the Company for compliance purposes.
